The year 2025 at Modular System was marked by investments of key importance for the state’s infrastructure and defence. During this time, we have proven that modular technology can be the first choice where time, precision and safety matter. Have a look at the most important events of the past 12 months.
Partner of strategic state investments. Projects for CPK (Central Communication Port) and RARS (Government Agency for Strategic Reserves)
In 2025, we established our position as a technology partner for key government agencies. Won tenders and completed contracts for the public sector confirm that modular technology is currently a highly effective tool for the rapid expansion of infrastructure of national importance.
Office facility for the CPK (Central Communication Port) team – operational readiness in 4 weeks
When the CPK (Central Communication Port) needed office space for the team managing the construction of one of the largest infrastructure projects in Polish history, the modular technology from Modular System was chosen.
In a record time of just 4 weeks from the delivery of the first container, a fully functional office complex consisting of 63 modules with a total area of over 900 m² was built.
The facility is equipped with spacious office space, modern conference rooms, fully equipped social facilities, and an advanced Access Control System, meeting the increased security standards required by CPK (Central Communication Port).

Infrastructure for RARS (Government Agency for Strategic Reserves) – state security standards
The realisation for the Government Agency for Strategic Reserves (RARS) is a proof to Modular System’s manufacturing capabilities and ability to complete the most demanding projects at short notice.
As part of the contract, company delivered 1092 containers creating 6 fully functional and self-sustaining container towns for a total of 1536 people.
All delivered containers are fully equipped and ready for immediate occupancy, and thanks to developed procedures, the company is able to begin assembly in any location within just 24 hours of receiving the request.

Security and civil defence. Presence at the MSPO (International Defence Industry Exhibition) and PROTEGA trade fairs
In 2025, security has become a priority and modular technology is the key to modern defence. Our presence at the most important industry events confirmed that Modular System provides solutions essential for the modern army and emergency services: mobile, autonomous and ready to operate in all conditions.
MSPO 2025 – the future of the defence sector is modular
The 33rd edition of the International Defence Industry Exhibition (MSPO) in Kielce was a special event for Modular System. The company’s stand was the centre of attention thanks to the presentation of the innovative Mobile Weapons Storage, which aroused the interest not only of visitors but also of the most important representatives of the Polish Ministry of Defence.
On the first day of the fair, the company had the honour of hosting Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz and Secretary of State at the Ministry of National Defence Paweł Bejda, which confirmed that the chosen development direction actually responds to the strategic needs of the Polish Armed Forces.
PROTEGA Fair – ready-made solutions for civil protection
At the end of November, we took part in the inaugural edition of the Protega trade fair in Poznań, dedicated to civil defence. We presented there a wide range of solutions – from residential to warehouse modules – ready for immediate implementation in crisis situations. We have demonstrated that thanks to Industry 4.0 automation, we are able to quickly deliver a secure, fully equipped infrastructure that can be easily modified depending on changing needs.
Architects of sporting emotions. Continuation of cooperation with the EHF and SPR Wisła Płock
The past year brought the extension of key sports partnerships that have been the foundation of the international recognition of the Modular System brand for years. We have consistently implemented a strategy of building the brand’s image through sport at the highest level. A key event was the finalization of talks and extension of the contract with SPR Wisła Płock as the General Sponsor. This decision allows us to further support the current national champions on their way to further trophies, including the fight for the best results in the EHF Champions League.
An equally significant success was the extension of the strategic cooperation with the European Handball Federation (EHF) for the 2025/26 season. Modular System remains an official partner of the Machineseeker EHF Champions League, building international brand’s recognition. This year’s finals at the Lanxess Arena broke all records – 20,074 spectators watched the best teams in Europe live, and the interactive game we prepared in the Fan Village earned an award for “bringing innovation and energy to the arena.”
Appreciated quality and values. Złoty BohaterON and Forbes Diamonds
2025 brought two exceptional distinctions that confirm the validity of the adopted development strategy. Modular System was among the Forbes Diamonds winners for the third time in a row, taking 14th place in the Masovian Voivodeship and 28th place nationwide. This prestigious award, granted by Dun & Bradstreet Poland analysts in consultation with Forbes, confirms the company’s stability, credibility, and dynamic growth of company value.
An equally significant achievement was receiving the “Złoty BohaterON” 2025 in the COMPANY category. The jury of the BohaterON competition named after the Warsaw Insurgents recognized Modular System for preparing and providing a fully functional modular school in Żelazno free of charge, for which we also received a special award in the CSR Poland Awards 2025 competition. The facility was built in a record time of eight days in response to the tragic flood. The project, covering an area of over 660 m² and consisting of 54 containers, enabled children to quickly return to learning in safe conditions.
Course for innovation. Industry 4.0 is the foundation of the 2026 strategy
In summary, 2025 confirmed that investments in advanced manufacturing technologies were a key factor in Modular System’s success. The automated production line revolutionized the company’s production capabilities and proved that the chosen direction, based on Industry 4.0 innovations, was the right one.
