User – a natural person for whom the Administrator provides electronic services through the Service
Device – an electronic device along with software through which the User accesses the Service
Cookies – text data collected in the form of files placed on the User’s Device
§ 2 Types of Cookies
Internal Cookies – files placed and read from the User’s Device by the IT system of the Service
External Cookies – files placed and read from the User’s Device by IT systems of external Services
Session Cookies – files placed and read from the User’s Device by the Service or external Services during one session of a given Device. After the session ends, the files are deleted from the User’s Device.
Persistent Cookies – files placed and read from the User’s Device by the Service or external Services until they are manually deleted. The files are not automatically deleted after the Device’s session ends unless the User’s Device is configured to delete Cookie files after the Device’s session ends.
§ 3 Security
Storage and reading mechanisms – Storage and reading mechanisms of Cookies do not allow for downloading any personal data or any confidential information from the User’s Device. Transferring viruses, Trojan horses, and other worms to the User’s Device is practically impossible.
Internal Cookies – Internal Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for Users’ Devices
External Cookies – The security of Cookie files from Service partners is not the responsibility of the Administrator. The list of partners is provided in the further part of the Cookie Policy.
§ 4 Purposes for Which Cookie Files Are Used
Marketing and advertising – The Administrator and external Services use Cookie files for marketing purposes and serving Users with advertisements.
Statistical data – The Administrator and external Services use Cookie files to collect and process statistical data, such as visit statistics, User Device statistics, or user behavior statistics. These data are collected for the purpose of analyzing and improving the Service.
Serving multimedia services – The Administrator and external Services use Cookie files to serve Users with multimedia services.
Social services – The Administrator and external Services use Cookie files to support social services.

§ 6 Options for Defining Conditions of Storing and Accessing User Devices by the Service and External Services
The User can, at any time, independently modify the settings for storing, deleting, and accessing data from stored Cookie files.

The User can, at any time, delete all previously stored Cookie files using the tools of the User’s Device through which the User accesses the Service.
§ 7 Limitation of Liability
The Administrator takes all possible measures to ensure the security of data placed in Cookie files. However, it should be noted that ensuring the security of this data depends on both parties, including the User’s activities and the security status of the device being used.
The Administrator is not responsible for the interception of data contained in Cookie files, session hijacking, or their deletion due to the conscious or unconscious actions of the User, viruses, Trojan horses, and other spyware that may infect the User’s Device.
In order to protect against the aforementioned threats, Users should adhere to cybersecurity principles.
Services provided by third parties are beyond the control of the Administrator. These entities may change their terms of service, purpose, and use of cookies at any time. The Administrator is not liable to the extent permitted by law for the actions of cookies used by partner services. Users can independently manage permissions and cookie settings for any website at any time.
§ 8 Service Requirements
Limiting the storage and access of Cookie files on the User’s Device may cause certain functions of the Service to malfunction.
The Administrator is not responsible for the improper functioning of Service features if the User limits the ability to store and read Cookie files in any way.
§ 9 Changes to the Cookie Policy
The Administrator reserves the right to change this Cookie Policy at any time without the need to inform users.
Any changes to the Cookie Policy will always be published on this page.
Changes to the policy come into effect on the day of publishing the Cookie Policy.
