Largest modular estate in Ukraine

Another project in Ukraine has been successfully completed. This time, Modular System built an even bigger estate, using exclusively modular systems.

We are proud that modular buildings find increasing recognition in Europe.

A safe and functional space

The estate was built in Irpin and it consists of 40 fully functional single- and two-storey modular homes within an area of 2.5 ha. The project includes 240 modern apartments with an overall area of 6768 m2.

The buildings are year-round homes, and they provide the highest comfort in any weather conditions. We furnished them with modern heating, insulation, water and drainage systems.

In addition to making them functional, we dedicated a lot of attention to their appearance and to the quality of the materials used in the project – the houses are furnished to high specifications and contain modern furniture. The apartments are intended both for solitary persons and for families with children.

All homes can be freely expanded. They are fully mobile, and, if necessary, they can be easily moved to a new location and converted to serve a different function. This significantly reduces the financial risk connected with the new project and enables quick adaptation of the homes to new conditions and demands.

Modular homes are the future of the construction industry

It is the first and largest project of this kind in Ukraine. The modular building complex in Irpin will help many families resume normal life without having to leave their country.
